C.F. WOD

Here we Apply all the elements of CrossFit to the Workout Of the Day (WOD). This is the principle strength and conditioning program that uses constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements to produce results.

Using weightlifting, cardiovascular and gymnastic movements the program delivers fitness that is broad, general and inclusive. The program is designed to be universally scaleable i.e. can suited for a athlete or committed individuals needs regardless of experience.

OLY 876

This class is dedicated to teach those interested in learning the fundamentals and techniques used to perform the Olympic and power lifts (Clean and Jerk, Snatch, deadlift, etc) and hone their skill.

By breaking down each movement into parts and working on the points of performance members will learn the sequences, drills and accessory work used to get better.

876 Foundation

These mandatory required classes for anyone who is new to CrossFit regardless of their athletic background or fitness level. This is where we build our CrossFit foundation and learn the techniques and form of the basic 9 fundamental CrossFit movements (the squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean) while gaining knowledge of our philosophy, terminology and workout regime.

We emphasize the importance of safety and building the fitness community while explaining why CrossFit is know as the "Sport of Fitness”, and the importance behind “intensity”. These classes must be completed before being able to attend our other CrossFit Classes ( 876 Endurance not included).
